Tony Kelley of Wyckoff Country Club shot an even-par 71 Wednesday to win the Connecticut Section Senior PGA championship by two shots at Mill River CC in Stratford.

Kelley finished with a two-round total of 2-over-par 144. Mike Gramelis of Golf Galaxy in Milford posted a 4-over total of 146 and Dave Dell (Springfield CC) placed third at 5-over 147.

Kelley, Gramelis and Dell all advance to the the Senior PGA Professional National Championship, which will be held Nov. 13-16 at PGA Golf Club’s Wanamaker and Ryder Courses, in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
