Kim officially withdraws from Travelers
Anthony Kim, the No. 11 player in the world rankings, officially withdrew from the Travelers Championship due to wrist surgery he had on Wednesday.
Here is the statement Kim provided to the Travelers:
"I'm disappointed that I cannot be in Hartford for the Travelers Championship. The community is so enthusiastic and it's always a great week. I look forward to getting healthy and returning to the Travelers Championship in 2011."
