Henry, Kuchar coming to Travelers

Five golfers, Matt Kuchar, J.J. Henry, Charl Schwartzel, Carl Pettersson and Sean O’Hair have officially committed to compete in the Travelers Championship June 21-24 at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell.
Kuchar won the Players Championship on May 13, one of his five top-10 finishes this season. This will be his first appearance since 2008. Kuchar is ranked fifth in the World Golf Rankings.
Henry tied for third in the Byron Nelson Classic last weekend, falling short in his bid for his first PGA Tour win since the 2006 Travelers, formerly the Buick Championship. This is his 14th appearance at the Travelers.
Schwartzel missed the cut in his only appearance at the Travelers in 2005, when he missed the cut. He won the Masters in 2011 and is currently ranked 16th in the world.
Pettersson has two career top-25 finishes at the Travelers Championship and will be making his seventh appearance. His four top-10 finishes this season includes a win at the Heritage. O'Hair has three top-25 finishes this season.
Last week, five other golfers, Zach Johnson, Ben Curtis, Tim Clark, Lucas Glover and Justin Leonard, committed. All except Clark have won a major championship.
