The rampant rumors about Deutsche Bank possibly ending title sponsorhip with the Boston-based tournament was just that...rumors.
Deutsche Bank announced today that it has renewed its commitment to the tournament through 2012. It will remain the second of four FedEx Cup playoff events.
Which means the Travelers Championship will be staying put the week after the U.S. Open.
